Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information from Google.
Product Data: We collect and store the digital products you upload, including file names, file types, file sizes, and any associated metadata. AI-generated listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, tags) are also stored.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken (uploads, approvals, publications).
Payment Information: When you make a purchase or subscribe, payment details (credit card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive from Stripe: transaction amounts, last four digits of your card, card brand, billing country, and transaction status for order records and receipts.
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) generate AI-powered product listings; (c) publish products to your connected stores; (d) send you notifications about AI task proposals; (e) provide analytics and insights; (f) process payments and send receipts; (g) improve the Service and develop new features.
Your uploaded products are processed by artificial intelligence models to generate listings. This processing includes analyzing file content, generating titles and descriptions, suggesting pricing, and creating marketing content. AI processing is performed on secure servers and your data is not used to train AI models.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Product files are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls. We implement row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
When you connect external stores (Gumroad, Etsy, Shopify, etc.), your product listings and related data are shared with those platforms according to their respective privacy policies. We store your API keys/tokens securely and only use them to publish and manage your listings on those platforms.
We use Stripe as our payment processor for subscriptions and product purchases. When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe over encrypted connections. Stripe's collection and use of your data is governed by their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Data shared with Stripe includes: your email address, payment card details, billing address, transaction amounts, and IP address. We receive back from Stripe: transaction confirmations, subscription status, last four card digits, and card brand for our records.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) third-party store platforms at your direction; (b) AI service providers for content generation (processed data only, not personal information); (c) Stripe for payment processing; (d) email service providers for transactional emails (e.g., order receipts, welcome emails); (e) law enforcement when required by law.
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) delete your account and associated data; (d) export your data; (e) opt out of non-essential communications. You can exercise these rights through the Settings page or by contacting us.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and product files within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Payment transaction records may be retained longer as required for tax and accounting purposes.
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
