ListingPilot is an AI-powered product listing automation platform that helps digital product creators generate optimized listings, publish to multiple stores, and automate marketing tasks. The Service includes file upload, AI-generated content, multi-store publishing, and analytics features.
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to ListingPilot, including digital products, images, and descriptions. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload and distribute any content you submit.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate product listings, descriptions, pricing suggestions, and marketing content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may require your review and editing. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing.

Copyright laws regarding AI-generated works vary by country and are evolving. ListingPilot integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Gumroad, Etsy, Shopify). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platform integrations, including but not limited to listing removals, account suspensions, or payment disputes on those platforms.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; (d) use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content; (e) create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations; (f) use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent product listings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Product Purchases: If you sell products through ListingPilot's storefront, payments from buyers are processed via Stripe. ListingPilot facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the sale between you and the buyer. You are responsible for fulfilling orders and handling customer support for your products.
No Training on Your Data: Your uploaded products, files, and personal data are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. AI processing is performed solely to generate outputs for your use within the Service (listings, descriptions, pricing suggestions, marketing copy).
Third-Party AI Providers: The Service uses third-party AI providers to process content. When your files are sent for AI analysis, only the content necessary for generating listings is transmitted. No personally identifiable information is shared with AI providers. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your content for model training.
